Summary

Aura Farming is designed with privacy as a core principle. All image processing occurs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. We do not operate servers. We have no ability to access your photos or any information derived from them.

Information We Do Not Collect

Aura Farming does not collect any of the following:

• Personal identification information such as name, email address, phone number, or account credentials.
• Biometric data including facial geometry, face embeddings, facial recognition profiles, or any persistent representation of facial features.
• Your photos, selfies, or any images you select or generate.
• Location data.
• Device identifiers.
• Usage analytics or behavioral data.
• Any information that could be used to identify or track you.

On-Device Processing

All functionality in Aura Farming operates entirely on your iPhone using Apple's native frameworks. Face detection is performed using Apple's Vision framework to verify a face is present in your selected photo and to assess lighting conditions. This analysis happens locally on your device and produces only simple categorical results such as whether a face was detected and general lighting quality. No biometric data, facial measurements, or identifying features are extracted, stored, or transmitted.

Image generation is performed using Apple's Image Playground framework, which runs entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence. Your photo is processed locally to create stylized images. The original photo and generated images never leave your device through our app.

Prompt generation uses Apple's Foundation Models framework, which also runs entirely on your device. Text prompts are created locally based on general image characteristics without transmitting any data externally.

Data Stored On Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Generated stylized images that you choose to keep in your vault.
• Your list of favorited style identifiers.
• Custom styles you create including title, prompt text, category, and emoji.
• A simple flag indicating whether you have completed onboarding.
• Your app preferences.

This data is stored in your app's private sandbox on your device. It is not accessible to other apps and is not transmitted anywhere. All locally stored data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.

Your Original Photos

When you select a photo from your library or take a new photo with the camera, that image is loaded into temporary application memory solely for the purpose of processing. Your original photo is never copied to app storage, never written to disk by our app, never transmitted over any network, and never accessible to us or any third party. When you navigate away from the farming session or close the app, the reference to your original photo is released from memory.

Third-Party Services

Aura Farming does not integrate any third-party services. There are no analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel. There are no advertising networks. There are no crash reporting services. There are no social media SDKs. There are no external AI services such as OpenAI, Stability AI, or cloud-based image generators. There are no payment processors as the app is free with no in-app purchases. There are no authentication services as no account is required.

We have no mechanism to receive, view, access, or process any of your data because we have intentionally built the app without any server infrastructure or external connections.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share any information with third parties because we do not collect any information. There is no data to share, sell, rent, or disclose.

Data Retention

We do not retain any of your data because we do not collect any of your data. The only data that exists is stored locally on your own device under your control. You can delete individual generated images from within the app at any time. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all app data from your device.

Children's Privacy

Aura Farming does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 or any other age threshold defined by applicable law. Because we collect no data, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting information from children. The app contains no user accounts, no social features, no in-app purchases, and no advertising.

Security

Because all processing occurs on your device and no data is transmitted externally, your information benefits from the security protections built into iOS and your device hardware. We cannot experience data breaches of your information because we never possess your information.

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data because it exists only on your device. You can delete any generated image from the vault at any time. You can delete custom styles you have created. You can clear all favorites. You can uninstall the app to remove all associated data permanently. No request to us is necessary to exercise these rights because we do not hold any of your data.

International Users

Aura Farming functions identically in all regions. Because no data is collected or transmitted, there are no cross-border data transfers to consider. Your data remains on your device regardless of your location.

California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have specific rights regarding personal information. Because Aura Farming does not collect, sell, or share personal information as defined under these laws, these provisions are not applicable to our app. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

European Privacy Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, European users have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding personal data.
